Please read these terms and conditions carefully before contracting or utilizing our security guard services.
1. Agreement to Terms
By browsing this website or contracting services with Alpha Security Guards Services (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or contract our services.
2. Provision of Security Services
The Company agrees to provide security guards, executive protection officers, Cash-in-Transit (CIT) logistics, and security consultancy services as outlined in the signed Service Agreement between the Company and the Client. Service scope, locations, guard shifts, and operational duties will be specified in the individual client contract.
3. Client Obligations
The client is required to:
- Provide safe and reasonable working environments for deployed security guards in compliance with Pakistan labor laws.
- Supply clear property boundaries, written access guidelines, and immediate contact lines for emergency escalations.
- Notify the Company at least 48 hours in advance of any change in shifts or additional guard requests (excluding emergencies).
4. Licensing and Legal Compliance
The Company is fully registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) and holds valid licenses from the Federal Ministry of Interior and Provincial Home Departments. All security personnel are subject to background checks and verification in coordination with municipal law enforcement agencies.
5. Payment Terms
Invoices for security services will be generated monthly as outlined in the Service Agreement. The Client agrees to pay invoices within 15 days of receipt. Late payments may attract standard interest charges or result in temporary suspension of guard deployments.
6. Limitation of Liability
While the Company holds its personnel to rigorous standards of vigilance and duty, security services do not constitute an absolute guarantee against theft, loss, damage, or personal injury. The Company is not liable for loss or injury resulting from factors outside its reasonable control, including third-party criminal actions, delays in local police dispatch, or force majeure events.
7. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, or costs arising out of the Client’s negligence, misrepresentation, or violation of these terms.
8. Guard Conduct and Replacement
Our security guards are strictly instructed to maintain peak professionalism. If a Client is unsatisfied with the conduct or performance of a specific guard, the Client should contact our regional supervisor. The Company will inspect the concern and replace the guard within 24 hours.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Islamabad.
